Michael Zhang, PE, PMP, CHMM
Co-Founder / Managing Consultant

Mr. Zhang is a Texas licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years of experience in managing Environmental, Health & Safety permitting and compliance programs, with a strong knowledge in air, water, waste, and safety management. Areas of expertise include New Source Review (NSR), Emissions Inventory (EI), NPDES permitting, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC), Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Phase I, II & III, Safety procedure development and auditing, and RCRA waste management. Mr. Zhang holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Beijing University of Technology and an M.S. in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University.

Bill Glushko
Co-Founder / Managing Consultant

Mr. Glushko is an Environmental Engineer with 30+ years experience managing a wide range of air/water/waste projects, including permitting, auditing, training, NOV/NOE resolution, LDAR, remediation, storage tank inspection, site assessment, construction oversight, SPCC, and waste management. Mr. Glushko holds a B.S. in General Engineering from U.S. Air Force Academy, an M.B.A from Gonzaga University, and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.

Joseph Henry
Managing Consultant

Mr. Henry is an Environmental/Process Engineer with 10+ years experience managing environmental & process engineering projects. His areas of expertise include environmental permitting and compliance, emissions calculation, emissions modeling, equipment design, process analysis, industrial infrastructure design, and civil engineering design. Mr. Henry holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University and an M.B.A. from University of Houston - Downtown.

Becky Johnson, MS, PG
Board Advisor

Ms. Johnson is a Texas licensed Professional Geoscientist with 30+ years of experience in domestic and international environmental management. Ms. Johnson's expertise is in complex subsurface investigations/remediation, multi-media compliance audits, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). She is a professor of Professional Practice at Texas Christian University in the Department of Environmental Sciences. She was appointed to the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists (TBPG) by Governor since 2011 and has served as Chair of TBPG since 2019. Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science.

James Sherrard
Board Advisor

Mr. Sherrard is an executive-level Environmental Scientist with 44+ years in managing a wide range of multi-disciplinary environmental programs for American Airlines and energy companies. His areas of expertise include air quality analysis, water permitting and compliance, environmental sampling, and waste management to ensure compliant operations. He is an influential environmental writer and his editorials were posted in the Dallas Morning News, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and New York Times. Mr. Sherrard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
