Environeer identifies and delineates wetlands for real estate development projects in compliance with government agency requirements and can prepare and submit the appropriate environmental permit applications (e.g., Section 404 permits, dredge and fill permits, etc).

These permits are required for any impacts to jurisdictional waters and adjacent wetlands. If necessary, Environeer will help develop mitigation strategies to manage impacts. Using our wetland expertise and productive working relationships with agencies (e.g., USACE, USEPA, USFWS, TPWD, THC, etc), our wetland scientists will provide guidance and support to move your project quickly through the approval process.
